Please share your precious knowledge regarding the new pathological change of cancer based on gene expression data. Where I can download the related dataset for this research, and how to evaluate such experiments?
Take a look in NCBI GEO or in EMBL-EBI ArrayExpress for expression datasets. These won't all be cancer datasets, but there are definitely some cancer datasets in there.
It's also worth looking in COSMIC for somatic mutations occurring in cancer.
For data, there is also the cancer genome atlas (https://tcga-data.nci.nih.gov/tcga/) as well as numerous repositories at individual sequencing centers (the Broad, The Genome Institute, Sanger Institute, and others).
When it comes to finding data, you will really need to be more specific about just what cancer or types of cancers you are focusing on. The various data centers around the world do not all work on the same types of cancer, and the many cancer genomic efforts tend to be based around consortium's studying a particular type of cancer.
Also beware there is a huge amount of data - mciroarray, SNP's, RNA-seq, deep read genomic sequencing, GWAS studies - the list is large and the overall amount of data is huge. You need to focus on something specific or you risk getting lost in a sea of available data.
