Can anyone send/share the tutorial regarding Box Behnken Design using Matlab?
Design expert version 11 free trial can be downloaded from goggle and BBD Can be easily performed
Commercial DOE software packages can be useful especially if you're new to using code etc but you will learn and be able to do so much more if you learn some scripting/coding using any of: MATLAB/Python/R.

You can use any of the above to generate a design. Once you've completed the experiments for the design, use regression libraries/functions in MATLAB/R/Python to estimate coefficients and p-values to evaluate your design for significant parameters.
