Can anyone recommend good histone methylation antibodies that can be used for IHC in FFPE human tumors?

Histone methylation antibodies in human cancers.

Yes, you may try any from ABCAM - if they mention they work on tissues, you have good chance to make them work on your FFPE. No guarantee, but many of them indeed work. I have had much higher success rate with Abcam histone modifications antibodies than with the other suppliers.
