B220 also could be suitable for B-cells (usually used in protocols of analysis in peritoneal cells).

If you have cross reactivity be sure of appropriate blocking of FcR.

CD68 (macrophages) and CD20 (B cells) works well for IHC of human and mouse tissues. Not sure if this antibodies compatible for IHC are available specifically for rats. However, some clones of mouse antibodies have cross-reactivity tor rats and could work.
