I like CORE MAP, but I'm biased since I was part of the company that developed it back in the '90s. Check out coremap.com or contact Sherry Buffington [email protected].
At Indiana University, School of Health & Rehabilitation Sciences, Department of Occupational Therapy, we use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® assessment (MBTI) with our Masters degree stidemts as a precursor to their clinical experiences with patients/clients. The MBTI helps students better understand themselves as well as others with whom they interact professionally. Additionally, the MBTI provides faculty with general personaity type information per each admitted class, allowing learning experiences to be customized according to prvailing student personality types. We have used the MBTI over many years and find it to be an excellent teaching/learning component to our MS degree program.
