Can anyone recommend a practical tool for ontology evaluation OntoQA?

There are many theoretical models and metrics to evaluate ontologies, but it is still a problem to evaluate ontologies by considering multiple metrics and then using those metrics and applying them through practical tools. The literature mentions several tools but some are not found on the web and some of them still lack features to become evaluation tools. My metric for ontologies is using OntoQA.
