Can anyone recommend a microglia-specific promoter to drive gene expression in steady and activated state, for designing OE AAV vectors (not TMEM119)?

Looking for a good microglia-specific promoter, other than TMEM119, for the purpose of plasmid design, to be packaged in AAVs. In vitro and in vivo applications.
