I am looking for a very cheap Sanger sequencing service. I want to send them my template and let them do the sequencing reaction etc. I am based in South Africa where the local services are more pricey (R100, which is about USD 10, or EUR 7.60). I know my lab used to send sequencing to somewhere in Korea which was an order of magnitude cheaper.
Anyone have any tips to share?
