Hi,

We are looking to do some basic sensor characterization and would like to purchase a cheap antigen and primary antibody (polyclonal or monoclonal doesn't matter) system.  We've had success with biotin-avidin, and would like to repeat the experiment with a traditional IgG antibody.

Does anyone have any recommendations?  One caveat is that we'd prefer a high or neutral PI antigen, as it's easier to covalently immobilize these on our negatively charged sensor surface.  BSA-AntiBSA was our original choice; however, we had some difficulty immobilizing large amounts of anti-BSA due to the repulsion.

Also, are there standard conditions in which one can elute bound antigen-antibodies?  I'm hoping to first elute non-specifically bound components, then later elute the specifically bound antibody via a stronger elution agent.

Thanks
