I would like to stabilize nanoparticles by organic (small molecules or polymers) or inorganic compounds which will be conductive enough to obtain dried (in room or a little bet elevated temperature) deposited nanoparticles as an electrical contact.

As stabilization I understood physically or chemically bounded compound to metal nanoparticles surface that allow colloidal system (in water or any other solvents) be stable without agglomeration during days or better weeks. Another point in this discussion is relation between stability and nanoparticles size-stabilizers-solvent set of parameters.
