I'm working on Isoprene, Mono- and Sesqui-terpenes emission from the leaves in some trees. I took the samples using SPME and now I need to convert the peak area to mass or molar units. Can anyone provide me with GC/MS response factors of these VOCs?

You cannot transfer response factors between machines. Mostly they even drift significantly day-to-day on the same GC/MS. In order to quantify you need to run standards on the same machine on the same day.
Dear Henrik, I've read some articles which mention that there is a common RF among GC/MSs of different labs with only 10 to 15% error. This size of error is not very significant in my research.
I used SPME field sampler with matrix active group 75 μm Carboxen/polydimethylsiloxane. I didn't use headspace extraction. I put a tree branch in a 250 liter chamber with a constant flow rate of clean air. During sampling I measured humidity and temperature of the chamber. I've read two articles which say I can use others RF, although there exist some errors with that.

Furthermore, I'm aware of making adjustment using partition coefficient of SPME.
In my experience response factors differs several fold day-do-day and I have never seen a publication that used a literature response factor for quantification.
If you do this there is a high probability that your manuscript will be rejected for publication.
