Can anyone provide me with a code for simulating a hybrid FSO/RF system?

can someone please provide me with a code for simulating a hybrid FSO/RF system with any switching mechanism (hard switching, soft switching, maximum ratio combing or adaptive combining) I found a code for Mr. Mojtaba Mansour Abadi for simulating an FSO system only, but I need to understand how the switching/combing action is done.
