As a part of my project, data needs to be sent from zigbee nodes to a Wifi server in OPNET 17.5. I am not able to find a zigbee gateway that implements both zigbee stack and wireless stack readily available in OPNET, to connect these nodes to the server.
It would be greatly appreciated if anyone can provide me helpful information on the gateway that is already implemented or the source code if available.
Well, ZigBee is not open source. I had to become a member of the ZigBee Alliance in order to get access to the OPNET modules. If I remember correctly, a few years ago It cost three thousand dollars. I am not sure if things have changed.
Let me add to the above statement. Initially, the ZigBee models were given to me to use. However, I could not change the code in the higher (ZigBee) layer. For this reason, I joined the alliance. The IEEE 802.15.4 supported lower layer was enabled for me to see and change, but not the implementation of the proprietary ZigBee standards.

The code that is listed in open-zb website helped me implement zigbee nodes and coordinator and modify the code at different layers in OPNET.
It is highly appreciated if there is any help to find out the zigbee gateway module in a similar way.

Have you all looked for 6lowpan support in OPNET? It is designed for WSN, RFID, etc.. connectivity over the Internet. It encapsulates ZigBee and the others over IEEE 801.15.4.
