I am trying to inject small volumes (total of 100 uL) of Titermax Gold/aqueous vaccine into mice and am having a terrible time maintaining volume/ losing precious material, and getting the emulsion into mice without using an 18-g needle. any help is appreciated!

What type of emulsion are you making? A 1:1 w/o? Or some other ratio? Are you using a homogenizer or a micro-emulsion needle?
Even a 1:1 ratio, which is a pretty thick emulsion, I could still use the insulin syringe/needles (27 1/2 gauge?) for sub cue.
