Can anyone please suggest me how to over-come C2C12 de-attachment issue?

I changed every thing media etc like new freshly prepared, deattachment of C2C12 myofibers persist. One of my old plate I forgot to discard after few days I saw strange movement there, what It can be?? Is seems like fibers contraction isn't?
