I have synthesized P-gp substrates and intend to evaluate MDR reversal activity on cancer resistant cell lines in combination with doxorubicin.
I have checked with NCCS, Pune. It is not available with them.
Can anyone suggest where can I can find them?

A549 cell line is commercially available at ATCC. Here is the link.

For MCF-7/ADR, which is renamed as NCI/ADR-RES I do not have any idea from where you can get it but be careful when handling this cell line as the origin of MCF-7/ADR had been confirmed that MCF-7/ADR cells (re-designated NCI/ADR-RES) are not derived from MCF-7 breast cancer cells.
