Can anyone of you suggest me the measure/Standard scale for Team Performance?

If you want to measure performance of team members, you must to organized members with strategy of your company.
After that, aspects of performance for team are:Sharing information, Sense of purpose, being self directed, confidence, collaborative, achieving goals , Agility, cost of activity, ...
There are items for Team Effectiveness in Pearce, C. L., & Sims Jr, H. P. (2002).

I got this templates but it is not standard measure for team performance.
Here is what I have used:
Team Performance
The following questions ask you to compare the XXXXX project team to other teams. In relations to other comparable project teams you have served on or observed, how does the XXXXX project rate on each of the following?
The efficiency of team operations.
The amount of work the team produces.
The team's adherence to schedules.
The team's adherence to budgets.
The quality of work the team produces.
Effectiveness of the team's interactions with people outside of the team.
The team's ability to meet the goals of the project.
The team could have done its work faster with the same level of quality.
The team met the goals as quickly as possible.
