As per my knowledge there is no such type of particular data base for biomarker of living cells. You have to find it through literatures only. The biomarkers identification for any type of cells is only based on experiments such as trascriptomics analysis proteomics analysis etc
You can use metabolomics and proteomics to an extent to derive any relation. With the recent advent of RNAseq and use of bioinformatic tools, it will be a best option to analyse your hypothesis or samples. But you need a very experience hand or person with mainly affiliated to these techniques.
Proteomics, transcriptomics, genomics and metabolomics databases can provide a hypothetical answer to your search. All you need to do is just identify and select a combination of bioinformatics methods that can support your research. Also agree to Hamid Yousf Dar , please get at least an expert to work with you else you will find yourself in a huge mess.
