Can anyone let me the know how to convert the ground level ozone data concentration from Dobson unit to ppm?

We have a data downloaded from google earth engine from the dataset TOMS and OMI Merged Ozone Data. The data is expressed in terms of Dobson unit. To correlate the satellite data with the ground level data, we need to convert it to ppm. I would be grateful if someone could help me in this.

To convert ground level ozone concentration from Dobson units to parts per million (ppm):

Multiply the value in Dobson units by 2.69 and divide the result by 1000. The resulting value is the concentration in parts per million (ppm). Keep in mind that this conversion is an approximation and assumes standard temperature and pressure conditions.
