I think you can use thistle distillation assembly for collection of liquid vapours. U need to use steam distillation method by using organic solvents or water followed by separation.

Firstly go for Head space GCMS if you get desired constituents then use hydro distillation process using a clevenger apparatus

Put the sample in a closed flask which only outlet is an U shaped glass tube immersed in a cooling bath (ice, ice-salt, liquid nitrogen,etc) as needed to get a temperature low enough to condense the vapours.
