The photo does not show enough detail to indicate whether this is Laticauda colubrina or Laticauda laticaudata (a rarer species). The photo is obviously of an animal above the high tide line and both species come ashore to digest food. The brigghtness of the colour and apparent small size suggests this is a male.

I guess it is banded sea snake. or banded sea krait. ( laticuda laticaudata)

Surely a sea krait but which one  its difficult to say. It is very important to take close pics of the head  for better identification.
