I have seen a case of Wilms' tumor with divergent differentiation due to the presence of large epithelial-like clear cells that I interpreted as "pervascular epitelioid cell - HMB-45 + and so on. In some works the authors have reported the presence of foci of clear cell sarcoma. I do not know what it was actually in the cases described by them. I believe that, by combining a good set of immunohistochemical reactions and the morphology, you can correctly interpret the lesion. I would look for the presence of some spindle cell positive for actin and progesterone receptors.
