You have to check your initial and boundary conditions - if there is any mismatch this type of error will come.
COMSOL is expecting a value defined for a parameter / variable and not able to found that. So check how your parameter / variable definition and usage.
Well in my case those undefined values were very near domain boundaries so I tried to refine the mesh because it seemed that there is no problem with my initial or boundary conditions, etc. This eventually worked just fine for me.

I agree with Michal Porzer, In my case, the undefined values are near the domain boundaries. I am ramping the Reynold number. I started the ramping high Reynold number than the previous one. It's working well.
