Add Mathematics->ODE and DAEs->Events. Right click and create an "Implicit Event" with your condition (eg T>1000K). Right click and make an "Indicator States" and write your expression (eg 1000-comp1.T.) Go to Time-Dependent Solver, right click and pick "Stop Condition" and chose Implicit Event 1.
