Your report provides the area of the peak from the total ion chromatogram. No other peaks are visible in the retention window displayed. You should be able to click on the peak to obtain a mass spectrum of the peak. What were the mass acquisition parameters? Methane is molecular weight of 16 so most likely the acquisition parameters may have been mass 10 to ? amu. The area under the peak is not very great so you will not be able to detect much less methane with the current acquisition parameters.
I am now just guessing, as you do not provide much information. Methane can only be retained on PLOT column like Al2O3. Usually such columns are not used with MS. So most probably you are using a column that does not retain methane. Therefore the 1 peak you are seeing is everything unretained, including methane.
You might get usable results just looking at mass 16, but the better choice would be using an Al2O3 column with FID.
