Can anyone help with liposome aggregation in dilute solution?

When liposomes are diluted in a buffer to a very low concentration in buffer (a few uM), is it possible that they aggregate and the size as measured by DLS is different from the actual liposome size?

Comparing Liposome Size: DLS Measurement vs. SEM Observation with Air Drying ?
