Our research group, works in fabrication of ZnO nanowires based LEDs. But we are in lack of facilities for characterization of our LEDs. We will be grateful if any researcher can extend their lab facility for our device and to have a collaboration research work.
The required characterization techniques involves:
1) Electroluminescence
2) Colour Rendering Index (CRI)
I will be grateful if any researcher can guide me in successful characterization of LEDs towards my PhD work.
For OLED characterisation we made setup based on CCD-spectrometer AvaSpec-2048x64 (with high linear response) and sourcemeter Keithley 237. For spectral response we used calibrated tungsten lamp-sphere AvaSphere-50-LS-HAL-CAL. I wrote program for this facility, it's easy. It can measure current-voltage, current-brightness (in Kd/m^2) characteristics and spectra at each point, calculate CIE coordinates, color temperature, efficiency and so on. I did't perform CRI calculation, but it's also wery easy.
If you have CCD spectrometer with some SDK and sourcemeter I may help you to write such program.

Thanks for the message and for the information. At present we dont have CCD spectrometer.
However, as a progress of my research work includes growth of stable n-type and p-type ZnO nanowires with broad emission in the visible region. Further step includes formation of pn junction, which is expected to emit visible emission. I will be grateful if you can please extend your lab facility in characterization of my pn junction (LED) sample for measuring electroluminescene, current brightness, CIE. I will be grateful if you can please accept my request to have a collaboration work. Provided if you give me permission, I can send the samples to your lab for characterization.
