I am doing DNA extraction from fresh leaves using CTAB buffer. But there is a problem. I have done the first steps until i wanted to use micro centrifuge, I mean I grind the samples add CTAB Buffer and incubated at 65 degree but i could not do the other steps and put the samples in refrigerator over night. now i wanted to know can i do the other steps today or I have to do from first step.

I am not sure which protocol you are using, but I think it would have been much better to first extract and put the aquaeous phase in the fridge then not extract. However, this will be a good opportunity to figure out if it matters. In that case, I would heat again to 65 C and continue from there. You will soon find out if there is DNA.

I agree with Mark above, by stopping at the point you did you may end up with problems during the remaining steps of the extraction. I would carry out a fresh extraction and continue with the extraction on your initial samples side by side and compare the results for yield/purity.
(If you're using a preassembled kit) You may also want to contact the manufacturer to get their input.
