there were two bone projectiles found in a survey on the beach of the see of Galilee published some years ago by Dani Nadel - possibly of Neolithic age
if im not mistaken it was published in the journal Tel Aviv which i think is now available on the web through Maney publishers

I am interested in any evidence of injuries to humans by projectile points of any type during the Neolithic. I would deeply appreciate a reference to any such evidence. Thank you so much, John
