I have used OMNIC™ software (Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc, UK) to generate spectra for my samples. I have also used it for comparing two different spectra in one viewing.
you could use TQ Analyst™ (Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc, UK). Within the TQ Analyst™ software, the visual diagnostic tool Principal Component Analysis (PCA) can be used to display both 2D and 3D scores plots allowing easy view of the scores from the discriminate analysis. You could use this by transferring all your spectra from OMNIC™ to the TQ Analyst™ which are readily compatible with both of the softwares.
I would recommend BioVinci. I've run the PCA with it and it turned out to be quite simple. You don't need to code a thing (I did try to code and that's a little bit scary to me). You just need to drag and drop your data and that's it. Here it is: https://vinci.bioturing.com/panel
