Maybe this will fit your needs, it can be point based anywhere in the world.

I tried myself a while ago, mostly for temperature and precipitation (hourly) data, and it gives you the results in a CSV format (easy and almost ready to use).

My case study was for some Eastern Cape locations, South Africa.

I did not investigate many details about the prediction accuracies of their algorithm for my case, but for seasonal variations it seems ok and makes sense. However, as you know at the fine scale sometimes the predictions are not good!
