I know of RSI, THI, ET, PMV, AT(apparent temperature) and PET. I will appreciate indicies that is applicable in the Tropics.

Dear colleague, PMV has been formulated for indoor environments provided with HVAC system (Fanger, 1970; Parsons, 2003) , although someone (also national standardization organizations) uses it also outdoor.

I suggest you UTCI (http://www.utci.org) formulated on a robust scientific background.

Additionally you could use the Humidex index, Heat Stress Index (modified Steadman index), Wet Bulb temperature, Giles comfort index and the UTCI.
