Respected RG scholars, I am in need of Open Access Journals specifically open to publish research in Mechanical, Industrial, Environmental and Energy fields, without publishing fee that appear in the SCOPUS source list or included in the ISI journals list. Thank you.
Thank you R.K.Rawat. I am making this open request because some of the ones I got online have not been helpful. Most publishing house keep articles for close to two years, others will keep the work till a point of acceptance before making request for payment. Summarily, I need a place to publish timely and at no cost.

Hi,
It seems that you are asking for two opposing things, open journals that do not charge fees. Most OA journals do charge processing fees, most subscription journals do not charge fees. The only open journals that ,maybe, do not charge are those that belong to an association, or a professional scientific society, but it is recommended to check there too.
