I want to know about how the one-way ANOVA and Tukey tests are performed to estimate the growth, lipid accumulation, etc. for microalgae. I am a novice in this field and I request all to please share some information about how to do this, what softwares to be used and so on. It would be of utmost help if anyone could share some PDFs of this area.

You can opt SPSS for one way ANOVA. I am sure you will be interested to compare more than two treatments. In SPSS, you have to make a model containing number of replication (r) as well as no of treatments (t) i.e. two columns and r x t no of cases i.e. row and feeding all variables accordingly. Then use one way ANOVA option from analysis menu.
What factors are you testing on algal growth? How do you record algal growth? Both are important to know before you can make a good analysis.
If the response is a count of the microbes on a plate, a Multiple Poisson Regression, or something like it, is more appropriate. There are some transformations you can use on the count data to get it where MLR is approximately adequate.
If you use MLR or MPR, you need to make sure there is little to no correlations among your predictor variables. If there is, your model will be off.
