I'm working with a protein which don't have any metal in its structure. In in-silico study i want to show how metal is binding at the catalytic active site of my protein during reaction as metal is acting as a co-factor for my protein. I'm using discovery studio. can anyone please let me know how can i perform that in discovery studio or using any other tool.
