As long as your RNA samples contain the bands I encircled in the uploaded picture, you should go ahead and there should be now worry... The bottom band is 18S RNA and the top one is 28S RNA and that's what we need after extraction of RNA.

Always a good idea to include a minus RT-enzyme control to determine if you have contaminating or carry-over DNA.
