if you upload your primer sequences both forward and the reverse onto the bioedit software along side a reference sequence from genbank  on your Mosquito target gene you may be able to tell the expected band size.

I agree with what Dennis said earlier on. Alternatively you need to blast those primers against your reference genes to see if a product will be found. If yes then you determine the product sizes. OR design new primers for your reference genes.
