I compared the three dimensional element stiffness matrix from self-developed code and abaqus. But significant difference can be found. In addition, my results agree well with those in a textbook.
Can anyone help me to understand it? I use C3D8 element in abaqus and 2x2x2 Gauss point.

I can assure you that stiffness of the "standard" 2D linear continuum elements in abaqus is tricked, probably to reduce shear and volumetric locking. Perhaps also the C3D8 elements are non-standard. I think they use the Simo's BBar approach, but it is not documented in the manual.
Instead, the quadratic elements with reduced integration are standard, and can be easily compared with self-developed code.
