I am working on Diptera flies Western Ghats of Maharashtra, India. It is very interesting to study taxonomy of them. I studied some flies but few of them are having appealing wing pattern.
Can any suggest me any link, article or any one who is working on wing pattern of dipteran flies from world. Thank you GD

I agree. The book " P. Oosterbroek: The European families of the Diptera. Identification, diagnosis, biology" is the best on the family level. If you want to determine to the lower taxa, genera or species you need more detaiedl literature focus on specific family.
