i am writing article on 3 level inverter, but didn't understanding what kind of stuff should be placed to get published in good reputed journal ?

Thanks mam. I have read Gopakumar sir papers, and write it in similar way, but got rejected.....so now wandering, what i have missed. I have included conduction losses, switching losses THD reduction with reduced current ripples. can you help me with this...??
