You have to control your Vdc input to your inverter as it may change based on your IM loading condition (operating condition). The speed of the induction motor is determined by the value of switching frequency of PWM inverter (it can be varied from 100 to 400 times the input frequency).

At high frequency, Vs = K fe since IsRs >> ωe Im Lo
IM loading will remain same for different modulation indices,. V/f is maintained constant. Can you please elaborate how speed of motor is governed by switching frequency of Inverter?
