Hi, if you want to simulate effect of wind on the blade ,trying Ansys workbench multiphysics may help you. generate a link between transient structural and cfx fluid. you can also follow the tutorial for multiphysics.

I recently have done some simulations about marine propellers. But about wind I have not searched yet. and I think that the concept is the same for both water and wind in Ansys cfx.

Sir is your Mesh ready..? And do you want to do a steady state or transient analysis?
