1. Contact representative from Turkish government in your area (embassy official, lawyer, or minister in social/women's rights, if they have a department and are willing to meet)
2. Research domestic and international ngos that deal with human rights and women's rights of Turkey ( good examples include human rights watch, global rights for women, and some other ones)- in country or region
3. Research publications, journals, and news articles dealing with Istanbul Convention and Turkish new policy concerning the issue
