Dear All! I have a problem with Zotero, which I have used for several years. I have no problem when I make a document inserting a new citation as a single insertion or with multiple insert functions. If I add two, I have no problem. But when using three or more pieces of literature applying the multiple source function, I have always got an error message: the text is broken into a new row in citation format, and the program inserts any further 3 or 4 or more citations to start it again and again with the same numbering, not listing from that time the literature in the reference list (adding bibliography). If I push the refresh button in the word Zotero, only the accepted literature remains, multiples eliminated. I use the latest Word version of MS Office, and Zotero is the newest version. I also tried reintegrating Zotero into the Word and many others but could not help. I use Zotero for my scientific publications, which is quite essential.
