This is a species of Arisaema for sure, but it is difficult to say which one without seeing the leaves which can be variously divided.

The plant is Arisaema species of family Araceae.

It could be Arisaemia tortuosum (Wall.). Schott

 To my knowledge Arisaemia leschenautii Biume distribution is confined to the Southern Western Ghats of India.

Arisaema leschenaultii Blume (Areceae), if collected from Andhra pradesh (Eastern Ghats), then may be new record to state, check BSI publication and recent relevant literature for distribution. So far recorded from Western Ghats.

Dr. Rajeev Kumar Singh has endorsed my knowledge that Arisaema leschenaultii Blume is endemic to the southern Western Ghats of India. If it is Arisema leschenaultii then it would be a new record from the Eastern Ghats of India. Otherwise surely the species is Arisema tortuosum.

It is Arisaema leshenaultii as spathe is seen with vertical stripes. In A. tortuosum spathe is without any stripes.
