I also agree with Arvind singh sir. I think this plant may be Leucaena leucocephala (common name : River Tamarind; Family: Fabaceae ).But Iam not confirm with my answer. I have attached a file you check whether your plant look like this...
It is definitely a mimosoid legume. As to genus, my best guess is Lysiloma, a neotropical genus. Lysiloma latisiliquum lends itself to cultivation as an alley tree.
