I have submitted a Review paper to the Journal "Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition" in November 2019 and still status is under review. What should I have to do for now? I have to wait or I have to withdraw my paper from this journal?

The good news is: it has not been rejected immediately! The bad news is: reviewing papers is generally done in ones free time (often being quite limited) and especially reviewing reviews might be quite time consuming. Before making the decision to cancel the submission to the journal, it is better to send a request to the Editor-in-Chief to ask him for news on the progress of your review. Generally reviews take longer than research articles.

I suggest you to wait. A review on top journals can get time. Alternatively, before the withdrawn, you can ask the Editor the news on your review process. The Editor is also responsible for the timing.

I hope this question still is relevant.
I have a similar situation, though my article has been submitted to the journal in July 2019.
If the publication of your work is not a resultative indicator set in your project or does not affect your graduation I would advise you to be more patient and wait for a while longer.
To withdraw your work will always be time.

Dear ma, give the journal more time. May be their reviewers are not forthcoming with their submissions. Kindly mail them more. Regards
