Hi there scientific community,

Im analysing some FRAP experiments and I would like to fit my FRAP data in order to get a Diffussion coefficient (D). To that end I would need to fit the data to something like

I(t)=I(final)*(1-sqr(w^2*(w*2+4*π*D*t)^-1)

is that what the picture shows? can anyone with some equation edition skills help me on how to do it?
