Hi,

I worked in Probit analysis. I made Chi-square test for LC50 analysis in fishes. My value is 24.1. I have some doubt how many degrees of freedom will come in the above said value. I have 10 concentration values (10 rows) and two columns (1 is normal and 2 is treated). If possible can anyone explain the Chi square values is whether, positive or negative and how many degrees of freedom will come in my results.
