Can anyone enlighten regarding practicalities from sample collection to transportation for bisulfite sequencing ?

Bisulfite sequencing is undertaken for profiling DNA methylome. I am keen to know the lab procedures from the type of sample needed and it’s processing to the precautions taken while transporting the sample for bisulfite sequencing. Also kindly mention the choice of sample(eg DNA,PBMC etc.) for bisulfite sequencing.
